(2014-03-10) I love living here! The place is amazing, and the apartment is spacious. The maintenance crew is really friendly and helpful. It's very peaceful here. I highly recommend it!

(2011-06-20) I do not recommend living here. We have had three different sets of managers come through here in one year. We have been charged late fees when we shouldn't have been, and didn't find out we had late fees until three months later when we found a note on our door that said we owed over two thousand dollars. Our water randomly shuts off. When something has broken or gone wrong, it takes forever to get someone to come by. One of the reasons I lived here is because it had a pool... which is randomly closed and always dirty. I love the space I have in my apartment, but would never live here again or recommend this place to anyone. I regret living here.

(2008-10-27) This apartment complex is amazing! If you are willing to live about 10 miles away from campus of course. Crossgates management tries to make sure everything is running smoothy for you by giving you a phone number where you can always reach them even if the office is closed. Aside from the rent being a hefty amount, the acctual apartments are beautiful. I live on the 2nd floor and I would recommend it because the ground floor is prone to more break ins because people are not likely to climb up to someones balcony and my electricity bill has never been more than $50 during the summer and $30 in the fall and winter. It is not that bad! I recommend Crossgates and hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

(2008-09-29) Crossgates is a great place to live. Awesome space took a little while to get our carpet in but they made it worth the wait. Do not get a upstairs the air conditioning bill will kill you. Other than the priciness of the place and being away from everything it is great. If you are wanting a place you could drunk walk home from don't go here. It takes right at 8 minutes to get to commuter east parking lot. Overall a good place.
