This apt and the management is really bad. The apartment looks very nice outside since the management just polished it. But water leakage happens so much in not only my apt but also my neighbors'. When a hot water leakage happens we call them ASAP but it took them several weeks before they fix it. And unfortunately they did nothing about our $600 utility bill. If you do not want to pay the same amount utility bill as your rent you should leave this apartment alone.

I moved into Little London in January by subleasing from a couple that had to move because they had a dog, and pets are not allowed. I live with my 7 year old son and my fiance. I chose Little London because it is the cheapest place I could find that is in a safe neighborhood and is centrally located. The apartment is older, but it has been kept in good condition. The management has been a pleasure to work with. They had the place cleaned for us before we moved in even though we were subleasing in the middle of the year. They also gave us $70 dollars because we had to clean some things when we moved in. The main thing we had to clean was the pet hair from the previous owners along the baseboards. The cleaning crew had steam cleaned the carpets really well but missed the parts along the baseboards. The maintenace people have always been very prompt and courteous whenever we have had a problem. Electric bill is also very affordable. Approximately $100. Our air conditioner was not working when we tried to first turn it on this year, so within 48 hours they had a brand new a/c unit installed. I was worried when we moved in about noise from the college students that live here. But to our surprise If there weren't cars in the parking lot, I would not know that I had neighbors!I am currently trying to decide where I want to live next year when my lease runs out, and I think we are going to stay here for another year. The only reason that I gave my rating a 4.5 is because the parking lot is torn up and the apartment is old.
