(2010-04-21) In response to the above comments....there was a mold specialist report of your dwelling that stated you had surface mold which was cleaned by crabtree properties and was to be further maintained by you. Also whatever needed to be fixed or replced also occured over the last 9 months. Lets be fair and recognize what was done .

(2010-04-07) Worst management I have ever seen. They don't respect female customers especially. Never fully address problems with maintenance and just skip around to get things to appear to be done. Management does not professionally and properly manage their properties at all. They Never fixed my problem in my house with mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. They would just paint over it so I couldn't see it. And then it would grow back, 3 times!

(2009-08-20) Stay Away!! Worst landlord out of 5 years of college and grad school. 2nd is Gil in the Highlands. Cons- They let themselves into your place Takes forever to get anything fixed Nickel and dime you for every slight damage even though it’s a dump (TAKE PICTURES WHEN YOU MOVE IN AND OUT) Pros- Cheap leases E-mails telling you about bad weather If you need any info or pictures email me any time! (2008-04-29) I have lived in my apt for about 3 years and I love it. Ms. Kelly and Tyler are great...if something is wrong they always are available to resolve the issue. I live in the Cotton District and I love the location. Crabtree Properties are great to rent from and I would recommend them to anyone!!
