(2013-03-11) $495 for a one bedroom plus $25 monthly pet fee. Overpriced. They're falling apart literally. Worst roads ever. Leaks, bad plumbing, constantly losing shingles and they've cut off the road to the highlands so now it's even further in the middle of nowhere. The management has no respect for tenants. Find anywhere else unless you're desperate like I was.
