(2008-03-01) The location is very nice. However, the landlord is quite the opposite. He will tell you one thing and do another. They do not communcate well and are generally not concerned with solving issues non-agressively. Has been known to take items of tenants and throw them away. If you rent from him make sure all concerns are placed in writing and keep all copies.

(2008-02-29) The area were the house is located is very pleseant and nice. Very open. However, the landlord does intrude frequently into your private quarters unannounced. I do not recommend this place to anyone who likes privacy.
